Dear National Member Societies in UEG, Dear President & Secretary General,
On behalf of UEG Council, we hereby inform you that the following positions are open for election:

The elections will be held on occasion of UEG Week Copenhagen, Sat, Oct 14, 2023.
The Meeting of Members will vote on Vice-President and Chair Quality of Care Committee (QoC).
The National Societies Forum will vote on Member of the National Societies Committee.
Your role as UEG National Member Society
The Vice-President and the Chair QoC are members of the UEG Council. The positions are of strategic relevance to the development and success of UEG and according to UEG Statutes, only candidates supported by a UEG member society can be considered. Therefore, we invite you to take an active role in attracting strong and suitable candidates who in case of their election will have the opportunity to shape the future of our organisation and deliver our shared mission in digestive health. The Members of the National Societies Committee operate across UEG structures to implement our strategic goals while making sure that national societies are represented and involved in all our activities. We encourage you to advertise this rewarding position to colleagues with hands-on mentality who enjoy working creatively and collaboratively. Only UEG National Member Societies can nominate for this position.
